Carol Calder | "Relationship in Real Estate"

The phone rang and I quickly answered. The voice on the other end asks about a home for sale and that is often how we begin our exciting “relationship in real estate”.

With my experience, I can confidently say that Real Estate is not a one size fits all industry and every transaction is different. I’ve been licensed since 2008 and have lived in rural small towns and now the east metro area of Portland. My dual license allows me to sell in both Washington and Oregon. It’s like a one stop shop if you’re thinking of moving states.

First time buying or selling a home? My confidence with the process will help you understand the parts that create the entire transaction from beginning to end. I’ll answer your questions. There are never too many, or “dumb” questions.

You’ve done this before? I’ll be guiding you through the transaction smoothly and giving you resources you’ll need to make the best decisions. I’ll answer your questions and concerns.

Regardless of your experience, I’m excited to work with you at any level and any price point! Communication and listening to your needs are a high priority!

The first important task is to find your “comfort budget” by discussing options with your lender to discover what you can comfortably afford and what loan programs are the best fit. Then we start your home search.

This website gives you access to the entire MLS for the most current listing information. You’ll be able to set up a personal search and be notified when a house matches your specific criteria. If you are a seller, your home will be featured on our website for buyers to easily find.

My service area is widespread in and around Portland and includes the East Metro areas of Gresham, Troutdale, Damascus, Welches, Sandy and Mt Hood Village, Washington State, and more. I am looking forward to discussing how we can work together.
